I needed security locks for my van. It was really easy to make the appointment and the engineer turned up on time all ready to go. There was a slight issue with the locks but new ones were ordered and fitted within two days and fitted perfectly. Great communication with the office and the on site engineer. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend lock and key, our front door lock had stopped working and Peter came out promptly, immediately secured the door and ordered the parts we needed, coming back out to refit within a few days.
Also explained what had happened, and how much the part would possibly cost (came in less than estimated).
Great service, really helpful, no time wasting and the parts are under warranty, so what's not to like!

Called them out for MILTON KEYNES on an emergency 8am Monday morning, James attended within the hour as promised, locked in own house as door mechanism had snapped inside door skin, replaced parts & working again within no time. I needed an engineer to look at a patio lock on a tenants door that would not open. I supplied full details of the tenant. They called my tenant and effected a repair within a short time frame. They were very efficient.
I have used this company several times for my business (key cutting, lock replacement) and I would highly recommend them

Front door lock stopped working, needed replacing as over 20 years old. Good ol' Weathershield using non standard parts so whole mechanism needed replacing. took a few days to source new one, but fitting took an hour and half, just a day before Christmas. Yes it was expensive but well worth it. No problems with communication at all, and both the guys who came out were excellent. My one minor criticism is they didn't ask how many keys I wanted, before they came to fit, so we had to go into the shop to get more cut. otherwise very impressed and would recommend.

Pete arrived within an hour or two of us contacting Lock and Key, and, despite our failed back door lock turning out to be particularly challenging, he was able to solve the problem and replace the lock. And he's a professional and really nice guy too! Highly recommended!
