Problems with uPVC lock, Tony changed the mechanism and lock. Excellent service, he went above and beyond to ensure all was well before he left. Really polite and helpful.

I emailed Lockwiz late on a Sunday evening with a non-emergency request that I was happy to wait until Monday for them to contact me about.
Tim responded the same night and he and a colleague were here at Monday lunchtime and quickly fixed the issue.

Stephen Rowley is awesome! I had an emergency and required the locks to my doors replaced. He was happy to contact me at 1am and asked if should fox it straight away. But in the end we decided the next day, he fixed everything within 15 minutes and even suggested how I keep my doors and house in check.
