We Called Gemini Saturday evening as they stated 24/7 emergency call out. Also sent a WhatsApp message through their website. The message was read as 2 blue ticks appeared. . We left a message and explained that our front door would not close or lock and could they come and help us but no reply. Now it is Monday morning and Gemini have not come back to us whatsoever… Absolutely appalling service, leaving people in distress when advertising 24/7 call outs. I would never use them.
