I'd definitely recommend Steve. He came out (to Hope, in the Hope Valley) very promptly, opened the stuck door, and came back the next day with the replacement lock mechanism and fitted it. All for a very reasonable price. Very pleasant to do business with.

Steve rang me straight away after I contacted him and came out within 15 minutes. Most impressive. He explained clearly what the issues were and suggested solutions. I am delighted with the service he provided.

Great service, had a key snapped off in a patio door. Steven arrived within half an hour of me calling and the job was done within twenty minutes of arrival. Even adjusted the doors and hinges that were catching when being closed. Absolutely would recommend and use again!

Amazing call out time, Steve arrived about half an hour after we called him. Explained to us what the problem was and showed us the fault on our existing lock. Steve came out to my property this evening as I was locked out due to the mechanism failing on the door resulting in it not being able to open.

Arrived very quickly. The lock was soon changed and Steve explained what had gone wrong with the old one. He also kindly serviced another old door mechanism when we mentioned it was sticking. We would highly recommend Steve.
