Excellent, fast & professional service!

Arrived in a timely manner as promised. Got jammed UPVC door open with broken key in lock, in literally 5 minutes. They had to go back to the shop for parts, then replaced lock assembly, key barrels, gearbox, door handles & latch plates on door frame, and supplied 3 new keys. All for a very reasonable price.

Fantastic service from Mike B’s when we recently had an issue with our back door lock.

took lock in asked for key to be cut for it quoted 90.00 plus vat making total of 108 for 1 key for a union mortice lock reason so dear was because its a 300 lock well i bought set of levers from sks plus 2 keys supplied with them fitted in 3 mins all working for only 24.00 inc vat so to top it off a new lock is only 117.00 plus vat will not use again total rip of 84.00 profit for 3 mins work

The guy on the phone was very helpful. The guy that came out to us just over 2 hours later (this wasn't an emergency call out) was very good at his job and friendly. All in all a 5 star service!

Brilliant and efficient service. Called around 4pm asking for a quote, gave prices and told me they could come either now or tomorrow morning. They arrived 10 mins later, job done in 15. Called in to ask about a spare car key copy. I mentioned that I have a blank spare key and immediately shut me down by saying "No No No" with no explanation as to why and ended the call.
