I can’t praise Gary enough from his prompt response, he was with me within hour and was really helpful not only did my lock need changing but the door handle was knackered and he replaced both. The replacement’s was good price I wasn’t ripped off and the handle is good quality. He is trustworthy and I would highly recommend him, he is so much cheaper than the large companies.

So managed to break part of my living room door key which was not great, as we couldn’t get in! After searching for a few locksmiths I came across Gary from GPB. He was so helpful and honest (which nowadays is rare). He put my mind at ease and even sent me some links to help my purchase some keys online. He definitely knew the trade very well, as I had no idea about what key I would need and he directed me. I would highly recommend Gary - you will be in very safe hands.

A very short time after sending email requesting help, Gary phoned and arranged to visit the property later the same day to check lock on front door which was ceasing up. He communicated well, kept me updated having identified the problem and ensured the lock was fixed and working properly before leaving. Pleasantly surprised at the price Gary charged for the call-out. Definitely recommend.
