Fantastic service. Came in this morning with a broken key safe, expecting to pay good money for a new one. Instead, they supplied and fitted the small plastic part to fix my existing one FREE OF CHARGE. Brilliant customer service, I had them cut some extra keys while I was here just to make sure I spent something! Would 100% recommend.

Went to get two keys cut for a lock Registered to me they made for me in 1999. I was expecting problems! Not at all, records located very quickly and new keys cut on the spot. See you in 2046!!!

Backdoor lock was stuck tight ... Quick phone call confirmed it was buggered and likely needed a new part ... Mat (Engineer) was with us in super quick time (under an hour) ... Immediately found the fault, dug out a replacement part and had it fixed in 20 mins ... Sound bloke he was too; as were all the staff I spoke to on the phone ... Highly recommend.

From time to time we all find we need a key cut. For more years that I can mention Pollard's has been my go to place. Great service, friendly and I have never had a key cut that has not worked. Everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly.
