First time I used this Company, they turned up early, waited for the tenant to return to the property without complaint.
The smith that attended was at the property far longer than 30 minutes and undertook extra work that was not asked for and did not charge for this work.
He also offered excellent advice for some small issues he had noticed and explained in terms I could understand what he had done.

He left me with a high level of confidence that the money spent, had been spent wisely.

I highly recommend this Company, and especially Colin (the smith that attended) to anyone looking for a competent and customer orientated Locksmith.

I just purchased a new house. As the original doors of the bedrooms had no key lock but just handles, I wanted to change them to have key locks.
Before I knew Colin and Ana, we had hired 2 different locksmiths from other places to change 2 doors first but unfortunately, they made my doors to be very ugly. I couldn't accept it.

My 2 ugly doors indeed were damaged by last locksmiths but Colin really spent time to help me to search the lock cores with suitable sizes to cover the damaged area of my doors even though the parts are uncommon. They treat my doors as an art to make it.

Our front door was locked and wouldn't open due to a siezed lock and stuck key which I tried for about 30 minutes to remove. I found the lock Whisperer though google maps as I wanted an MLA locksmith with experience of 3 star diamond grade secure locks local to my area. Colin and Anna who came more quickly than I anticipated were brilliant.

Colin had the key out within less than 10 seconds followed by the lock itself which was not in a good state. They were very knowlidgable, professional and gave me a number of recommendations for lock replacement which they did on site including cutting additional keys. Colin showed me how to use graphite powder to keep the lock in working order and even lubricated my euro door locking points as they weren't as smooth as they should be.

I will be using again when we need lock support. Highly recommended.

Colin and Anna were quick to come to my aid when the outer front door handle fell off, meaning someone HAD to be in the house to let others in, or we would all be locked out. A new handle mechanism was quickly sourced and promptly fitted, and though hardware prices have gone up during the 2020 goings on, they attempted to reduce their labour bill to compensate, which was so very kind of them. They got their proper rate, and they are worth every penny.

This is the second time I have had need of them, during the many years we have lived here, and they were recommended by a friend. I think it is their friendliness, above and beyond professionalism, which makes them stick in your mind as people you are happy to have help you.

Colin was amazing. We called late on a Friday night as the back door key was getting stuck and key would no longer pull out. He was replacing the barrel that evening. I had fault with the lock on my door, I searched online for locksmiths in Woking and The Lock Whisperer appeared in my search results. I searched their business name under Nextdoor and found others had recommended them too therefore I gave them a call.

Anna answered my phone call and was very helpful, they initially tried to provide some guidance over the phone however it turned out I required a home visit. I was provided with a time of when both her and Colin could schedule me in (which I may add was very quick). They were very prompt with their timing and after some investigation work they ordered the part required for my door. Throughout this process they briefed me on how the lock system works and what was required which I found reassuring. Colin was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

On their second visit again they were very prompt calling beforehand to ensure I was at home. They are very honest with their pricing and very professional. I am extremely satisfied with their service and will no doubt ring them again should I have any issues with locks.
