Just moved into a new house and lots of locks without keys and ones that didn't work. Darren turned up on time, very polite and finished the job leaving the house clean. In fact without the shiny new locks you would even know he had been. I was also suprised how reasonable he was, very good value for money. I would recommend him to anyone and have already. Second time we've used Darren & Alpine. Very professional, super friendly, great value and always goes the extra mile. Used for a change of locks, but also realigned our locks for free and spent of lot of time fixing our porch sliding door which was a completely different door altogether :)!

Would 1000% recommend Darren and will 1000% use again.

I called Alpine Locks as i have used them before and found Darren to respond quickly, be very reasonably priced and very approachable and did a fantastic job. This time we had some work done and I wanted all the locks to doors and windows upgraded. We also had an urgent issue with one lock. Darren as normal responded very quickly, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after the work was completed. An added bonus is that his price was also very reasonable. Quoted first and no change of cost on completion. Really helpful and would highly recommend Darren and Alpine Locks.

I can highly recommend Darren, he came out so promptly to assist with a locked back Door that we could not open. A part was broken inside the lock, so he had to go out and buy the part, then immediately returned and fixed the lock without the need to have new keys cut! Darren was a real life saver! He is extremely professional, and his prices were very reasonable - a real pleasure to deal with. I shall definitely be using Darren again. I would give Darren 100 stars if I could!

Darren came and replaced all of pur door locks following a house move. The locks were great, he explained the level of protection each gave, he worked quickly and tidily and even tightened up all of the windows locks for free. Thanks Darren

The key broke off in the lock on Sunday night. Emailed Alpine Locks yesterday and Darren came today and has fitted a new, much stronger, lock. Very efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend.
