Many locksmiths have a bad reputation for several well deserved reasons so it was refreshing to receive excellent service from this Company. Bernard Toon & Son were prompt, courteous, honest and very skillful. Rather than fit a new lock they repaired the old one (much cheaper) and it is working better than ever - recommended.

Richard did a great job fixing our back door, which wasn't properly aligned with the frame - wouldn't shut properly. All sorted now ! Quick to respond, and a friendly service - thanks Richard!

Thanks very much to Richard! The service was extremely professional from start to finish. My grandma, (in her 80s), had a problem with her window locking late on a Friday night. We were asked to provide photos to confirm if the parts would be available. We were given an update on the Monday as promised! Then Richard went look at the issue himself as promised and on time. The issue wasn't as bad as first thought. He found a solution and charged an extremely reasonable price. My grandma was very happy! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this company! Other companies quoted a price before even looking at what the issue was.
