Had Mark / Pick Me Locksmith around a couple of weeks ago to do a security review of all external doors. Mark was very professional and just optimised most door locks rather than replace.

However, our front deadlock always needed a knack to lock it and was always worried the key would break locking us out. So Mark fitted a new 5 star lock which works perfectly.

Also, Our conservatory lock had the wrong mechanism and stuck out slightly. This meant it could be snapped off with grips easily and opened in seconds. Mark fitted a new lock (correct size ) that didnt protude but also the new type that almost eliminates the risk associated with a snap lock break in!

Mark at Pick Me locksmith has been outstanding to deal with, friendly, very professional and really knows his stuff. I am a hard person to please and always very wary about trusting tradespeople, particularly someone coming to change your home locks! Mark came out whilst we were already 100miles away having left our pet in the house and forgetting to provide a key for the relative!

He came out instantly and within the hour he had provided a new lock and handle and set of keys liaising directly with the relative for the number provided and kept us updated for peice of mind.

The handle and lock he fitted is far better than the one we had so it feels like we got a much needed upgrade too, and for a lot less than I expected to pay. He also adjusted the door after noticing it wasn't aligned and not as secure as it could be.

Too little is service provided these days without a personal approach. My big thanks to Mark and highly recommend, not only if your in need, but if you need you locks and handles resetting or upgrading.

Top rate service. Called on a Sunday evening being locked out, Mark was there within the hour and was able to pick the lock (without drilling or destroying the door). He then fitted a new lock and new keys. Professional, informative of what he was doing at every step, and a great price. I can't prasie them highly enough.

I really cannot recommend Mark highly enough. He's helped us out twice when my mother has had issues with her front door and then - a year later - with the back door. He goes above and beyond to ensure your lock problems are sorted quickly and without any fuss. We would never use anyone else now.

I called Mark when I needed some new door locks fitted. He explained all the costs upfront on the phone and visited later that same morning to do the work. He was polite, helpful and professional and spoke with me to make sure the work that I'd asked for was what I actually required. The work was finished to an excellent standard. Mark even cut me additional door keys there and then and took pains to make sure I was happy with everything. Just first class service, highly recommended.
