Absolutely excellent, Paul is a star!

I moved to Felixstowe, Suffolk, but used to work with Paul in Southend and know what a genius he is. So, after I had dropped my bunch of keys down a drain including my car key, which had stopped working, I phoned Paul for help and he advised me in detail how I could fix it, but I found it too complicated, so he suggested that I post him my car key.

Posted to him on Thursday, received back on Saturday. Works perfectly. Thank you Paul.
