I had a group attempt to rob my work van and my ignition barrel was damaged during them trying, a friend recommended NW Keys so i called them and explained and was told they’d sort it.

So i called in with my ignition key and they made a barrel to suit my original key which has worked great and was reasonable priced, whilst i was there i had a extra key for my car and that’s been fine.

Few week later my Mrs car was having ignition problems and the key wasn’t turning, called in had a new barrel and then blade of the key all fitted and that’s been great.

I needed a new blade for my car key which had snapped. 19 plate VW. New working blade cut and fitted in existing key in under 10 minutes from entering shop. Had expected to have to get new key from VW which would have cost £270 plus £70 for reindexing so delighted to have found NW Keys Ltd in Bootle! Very professional with great customer service. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Dave's help on the phone today was brilliant. He couldn't provide what I needed but gave me so much help in sourcing it elsewhere. Only great people and great companies go that extra mile, even when they are not getting any business out of it themselves. Highly recommended.

Easy parking, prompt, efficient and cheerful service. I'd cleverly locked my car keys coat, money, house keys etc in the boot of my car, and had only the valet key left. For security no-one can supply spare keys, and anyway there are hundreds of pounds. But this company worked out a way to solve my problem for just a few pounds, albeit having to suffer the car alarm kicking up a bit of a racket until I could silence it. Great friendly Liverpool service, even though I'm a foreigner from the Wirral.
