Our experience with Tim yesterday and today in solving our locking problem has been marvellous. He responded to my call immediately and talked us through securing our home overnight. He was genuinely concerned about our security. He arrived at the agreed time today and sorted the various issues professionally and swiftly. Tim from Millennium Locksmiths was both extremely knowledgeable and efficient at fixing the locks on our patio doors.
The lock had broken and being very old doors, the original fitters had already drawn a blank, but Tim was able to order the relevant specific parts and fix the issue within 48 hours.

I contacted Tim via Google search, he had reassured me of the services he provides, process, and advised he was busy and to check whether I could contact another locksmith.

Tim was very professional over the phone, and reassuring, also explained he can unlock the door without any damage, or drilling etc. Tim kindly included my job in his busy schedule.

Great service. Tim was with me a few hours after I called, fixed the problem straight away and also ensure other locking aspects of the door were working properly. Replaced the broken lock with one that even I could tell was better quality! Also managed to provide keys for a couple of windows which is lost the keys for! Will be recommending him going forward
