I called Colin this morning as we had a problem with our back door gear box. Over the phone he was able to ascertain what the problem likely was and give me a good estimate to the cost to replace the unit. Colin arrived on the time agreed and got straight to work rectifying the door and giving advice for future. He was clean, tidying up any mess around the area and was happy to take a look at our front door, adjusting the alignment at no extra cost, as we had been having slight issues over the past few months. Overall very happy with the service and will definitely use again/recommend.

Colin was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure my front door was working properly. He was very knowledgeable and is all about helping people, not out there to rip them off. I cant praise him enough for his excellent service. We will defiantly be using his services again next time we need a locksmith.

Colin turned up on time and fixed my back door lock that wasn't working when the door was closed. And he came in under the quote and a lot cheaper than a local competitor. Very professional service and nice guy too, highly recommend.

Amazing service and professionalism from Colin - replaced two window locks at my house and then went to my parents' home, 7 miles away, and fitted a door chain which I had thought might be problematic because of the positioning of their door - and he only charged one fee for both jobs. Much appreciated and I would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic service from Colin. My elderly mum had left the key in the door on the inside and came out of the house, locking herself out. Colin was with us within half an hour of a frantic call. Collin arrived on time, was really polite and did his best to salvage the old system to save us money. Explained everything throughout and was a fair price for a specialist. I'm not sure if i've ever enjoyed paying for a tradesperson more. Was a pleasure and if my locks break again I know who to call. Can't recommend enough.
