Contacted Mohammed for a repair to a letterbox lock which needed opening and replacing, he was able to arrange to come the next day and have it sorted. He was very friendly and polite and did a 10/10 job! Got the job done as quick as he could and was very professional. Will definitely use again if needed in the future. Thanks Mo! :)

I had a faulty lock in my flat and Mo (owner AA locksmith) was extremely helpful and responsive from my first call. He was so professional and walked me through my options. When he did a visit he was so thorough with his assessment of the problem and tried to find the most economical, quick and long-term solution. I was very impressed and would use him again and recommend him to others.

Excellent service! Mo was clear about costs, he came around very promptly (on a Sunday) and did an excellent job of replacing a broken Yale lock. He was calm, professional and a very nice man to talk to! He also came back the following day (without charge) to adjust something he wasn’t entirely happy with so that the job was, as he put it, not 99% but 100%.

If I ever need a locksmith again, I will use this company. Very warmly recommended.
