I rang the office to book someone to fix a lock on the patio door and was booked in for tomorrow but was told they would attend today if possible. Danny attended within an hour, and an hour later had not only fixed the lock problem but also sorted an another issue on a different door. Wonderful friendly service and very reasonable charge. Happy to recommend.

Wonderful prompt service saved the day. Luke was helpful and informative - we had been really worried as our door was stuck in the locked position and the heat was getting serious... plus the cat refuses to use another door... bless! The supplier of our door could not attend for 7 days. We are so grateful to Luke and the team for this excellent service, and recommend them without hesitation.

Called early Evening yesterday, Danny was able to talk us through making the Door safe for the night and our options moving forward. We took the locking system in this morning and within 30mins they have managed to fix the part without us having to pay 235 plus VAT for a new system, instead we were only charged £72 for the repair. Highly recommended not many companies would talk you through what to do without charge and also what options available and the cheapest way to fix the situation. Exceptional Service a rare thing !

I would highly recommend Gray's Locksmith to anyone! Danny is such a professional, he came very quickly and was so friendly. In the space of a week mine and my friends locks were jammed in our flat and he put us at ease, ensuring we got back into our rooms safely after our landlords wouldn’t answer our phone calls. Definitely use Gray’s if you find yourself in this type of situation.

Amazing service from Grays locksmith from the moment the lady answered my call even offered later the same day, I opted for an alternative day due to work .

Absolutely fantastic service! Called late morning, work completed by mid afternoon the same day to a very high standard. Broken gearbox leading to a jammed external door which was open and wouldn't close let alone lock left me in quite a pickle. Both the gentleman on the phone and Luke, the engineer who came out to conduct the work were thoroughly pleasant. Even more so, were trustworthy and transparent. This provided great reassurance in a situation when I felt quite vulnerable and could have been exploited. The work was conducted quickly to high quality and my door is now operating the best it ever has. All for a very reasonable price. So glad I stumbled across Grays and will be certainly turning to them first for any help needed in the future!
