City Locks

I need to express a debt of gratitude to City Locks Norwich Ltd. Last Sunday, on a wet
and dark evening, our next door neighbour - who had an important hospital
appointment early Monday morning - discovered that she had lost her keys and could
not gain access to the house. As we phoned through the locksmiths we discovered,
perhaps not unsurprisingly, that the promise of a 24 hour service was untrue, but one
of the companies then recommended City Locks and it was another story. They turned
up promptly even though we are out in the sticks and charged us their very reasonable
rates even though the job was not an easy one, it was going on midnight and the
lighting was completely inadequate. Not only was our next door neighbour's house
access restored but she had a new lock with three keys installed at the same time. A
desperate situation was averted by City Locks professionalism and kindness.

Quite honestly the most impressive service you could expect to receive. Called City Locks at 4am this morning as a tenants room lock had broken and wasn’t allowing access (nightmare) Phone was answered straight away and details taken. Received a call at 5am telling me that entry had been gained and all was sorted. Incredible service! Thank you!

Key snapped off in lock - called out late Sunday afternoon and were at my door within 30 mins. Door opened and key stump extracted in 32! Excellent service (and a reasonable price too). Thanks very much!

Amazing service. My key snapped in the lock on a Saturday and James was able to come round within an hour to help me get into the house. I can highly recommend this company.

This man will try to rip you off!! Even after telling you his own prices on the phone he will try to take advantage of you in person, what a scumbag. We’re all going through trying times at the moment and what a lowlife you have to be to try and scam the person giving you business! Wont be soliciting city locks again

So refreshing to find such an honourable business. They could have just taken my money and done the job but instead they told me how to do it myself as its so straight forward and took the time to talk me through it. Such friendly staff with real integrity. Thank you

Had to use City Locks to replace three locks. Called at 19:11 and the job was complete an hour later. Very quick and professional service, would definitely recommend! (For reference I paid £222 for three locks to be replaced - cheaper than quoted elsewhere)

Attended Tuesday teatime to gain access to my father's property. Locksmith only had to use a screwdriver to turn lock and gain access. Deceased relative found inside. 3 days later £150 bill arrives. Upsetting, disappointing and truly disgusting service at such a heartbreaking time.
