I had the greatest pleasure to have Lee, Tam and Lyn to help with the change of a broken lock. Changing lock for your home is a sensitive issue that requires trust and confidence, and they duly provided all of that. I can't recommend them high enough! Without been an emergency service they came and solved the problem in less than 24 hours. They explained the costs clearly upfront (way cheaper than many) The locksmith opened the gate (yay!) but also made sure to fix the system so it didn't get stuck again. All within budget.
Hopefully it won't, didn't ask about guarantee, but so far so good.

Bought 2 keys 11.50 each despite it being a normal key they said its a special key thus the cost. After gling home they both did not work :(
Had to drive back again and the re-copied the key 2nd time. This time it worked but it needs a bit more filing since its very hard to turn key.

Repaired zip on a small bag in 24 hours at a very fair price. Kept me updated. Had keys, shoes and now zipper done here over the years. Very professional and fair price

Good efficient service replacing a Legge mortice lock and repairing a Swiss ASSA, though that took a couple of trips to source the right spare parts. Would use again.

If you are ever looking for a locksmith, I would highly recommend Lee at Surrey Quays. He is highly skilled. I lost my internal door lock key and I went to him first thing in the morning. He opened the door for me within a few minutes. I have had a great experience and please do spread the word so that someone else could make an informed decision. He also has the code for the key written on the lock just in case this occurs again! Thank you Lee and your colleagues
