I received an amazing and very professional experience with PT lock and safe ,after losing our car key and contacting another company online who messed us around and was unable to do this .

Phoned to ask about prices, very helpful. The car key fob might be locked he said, gave me directions, lucky it was unlocked, new key fob reprogrammed and key cut in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and very helpful. Highly recommend 👍

Brilliant customer service...phoned regarding dodgy lock. After describing the issues PT Lock suggested using WD40 to see if that would save me an unnecessary call out fee... Which it did! Very much appreciated good old customer service rather than trying to get a sale! Thank you very much! Will recommend!!
