The lock on my back door was several decades old, worn and could not be unlocked with the key. Martin managed to open it up, and did a beautifully neat job of replacing the lock. Martin's ex-army, and it shows in the good quality of his work. He's also a very nice bloke: we had a great chat, and as he charges by the job (rather than by the hour) putting the world to rights did not cost extra. After the lock was fitted, Martin also very kindly showed me how to adjust a double glazed window so that it could be opened just part of the way, and he did not charge extra for doing so.
