Difficulty in operating the front door handle, a security risk. They arrived the same day as my call. Instantly diagnosed the problem and replaced the handle with one of the same color but more robust make. Also kindly advised on a lock on another item. Polite efficient and knowledgeable.

Was contacted within minutes of making an enquiry by email and arranged a visit by BFCC to open and repair an UPVC door and that I was unable to use.
The faulty lock mechanism was replaced and the team cleaned up after themselves.
Very happy with the service and value for money they gave. Would happily use them again and recommend them.
