City Locksmiths In Pontypool

I had problems with the front and back IG doors fitted in our new house but no longer in warranty.
I contacted Nick from City Locksmiths - he came across the following day - a thoroughly nice genuine chap, and who literally knew everything about the workings of the IG doors .
He was able to realign both of them at a very reasonable price . They now open and close perfectly . No need to change any parts which other locksmith companies were proposing to do unnecessarily.
I thoroughly recommend Nick and his Companyand wouldny hesitate to use again in the future.

I accidentally locked myself out taking out the bin while working from home. I rang City Locksmiths and spoke to Nick who answered straight away. Luckily Nick was working in my local area and was able to get to me within 10 minutes and managed to get me back into my home within minutes. So grateful for Nicks super fast response, excellent service and very low costs (I expected it to cost an arm and a leg for an emergency call out so was very pleasantly surprised)

Nick is a super-star! I had ruined our front door lock by spraying it too much with anti-bacterial spray, and we were almost unable to get into our own home. He came within hours and fixed things brilliantly! Highly recommended!

I'd like to thank Nick how amazing he was. First of all he found me availability within a day to fix a lock for me, which I was very happy for as the job was urgent.
He came all the way down to Pontypool with a tricky parking just to find out the job can't be done, but he did try many options, the door was too old and not too stable at all 🙈
And he was so kind, he didn't even let me to pay , even though all the travelling and work with it.
