EXCELLENT. Lost my house key today (Sunday), tried several locksmiths in my town but no reply etc. GT answered the phone immediately and were very willing to come out. He was professional and courteous and got me back in my house in minutes. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend , fast , friendly service . Geoff arrived instantly putting me at ease and got me back into the house and replaced the door lock quickly. Great fair pricing , if i ever need a locksmith again will definately use again !

Geoff arrived within 15 mins of us discovering our front door lock had failed. He managed to get us in to the house with very little damage to the door and replaced the lock very efficiently. The next day we poppoed into the shop to pay and have more keys cut. Helen kindly suggested that we return if the keys don't work as well as they should. Fantastic customer service - would definitely recommend and return to the shop.

Wasn’t sure whether to give 1 star or 5 stars...1 star - they’ll use power tools outside your house for a good half an hour at 4am when you could have really used the couple of hours of sleep before getting up for work, but I’m sure there’s a good reason. 5 stars - they’re available at 4am and apparently 24/7 which I find really quite impressive service. I haven’t personally used them, but now I have nothing to do at 4:30am and can’t back to sleep, so here’s a review.

absolutely fantastic customer service! We have used this company on many occasions now and cannot rate them highly enough. The owners are speedy, friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them - have provided us with same day service for even non emergency jobs!

Had an issue with my lock not operating properly, they turned up with in a few hours on a Sunday evening, very professional, prompt and friendly. Work took less than an hour and can't recommend them enough. Great job.
