Absolutely fantastic. He arrived early, came equipped with his own PPE and willingly went above and beyond to keep to social distancing. He did the job efficiently and quickly , removing two broken keys from my French doors. He gave me good price and I would definately use him again. 10/10.

Mark arrived within an hour of ringing. Our front door was jammed and we couldn’t open it. He replaced the main center lock. The work was completed the same day. He explained what the problem was and the cost breakdown. I received an invoice with a 1 year guarantee. He was very friendly and professional and cleaned up before he left. I would recommend him if you need a locksmith. He has been doing this for a long time and knows what he is doing.

Great service, I would most certainly recommend this local service. The work on the locks, on three sets of French doors, was carried out in a friendly but totally professional manner. The cost was no where near as much as it might have been & in addition Mark passed some extremely useful advice as far as lock maintenance & security was concerned.

Mark from Mr Lock and Keys was at my house within an hour of phoning him and did a fantastic job of changing the broken lock on my front door. Very friendly and professional and even secured the frame which was a little loose. I found out that he has been a locksmith for 28 years, so is highly experienced . Very reasonable rates and I would highly recommend Mark when you need a locksmith.
