Have been here a few times. Very friendly staff and helpful. Shop was clean and well laid out. Will be coming back here for my locks and keys again. Keys worked first time no problems.

Much rather professionals than use Timpsons who employ ex-cons. Would never trust Timpsons with house and door keys.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of locks and safes in store and helped me out with a stuck electronic safe. Had it open in 5 minutes. Good advice on a better quality mechanical safe to avoid battery issues in future

I called into this shop today to have keys cut. The owner was very polite and informative. My keys were cut as I waited. It's definitely worth going out of your way to visit this shop as the owner is professional also you will find the price for key cutting is half the price to their competitors!

I struggled to find the part required for my lock from various hardware shops. Tried this shop and the guy was excellent. Provided the right replacement straight away, no fuss.

Had an issue with UPVC door mechanism. Took it in and they got it working again there and then. No fuss, no attempt to make me buy new. Very happy.
