So grateful to Mark. I found him through a Google search. I did actually ring someone before him informing them of the issue I had with a ground floor window. They were not able to make it until the next day. However Mark made it a priority and made sure he was with me within half an hour. He was very knowledgeable, explained the situation fully and was very efficient. Mark also came equipped with a card reader, so I was able to pay by card and received a receipt of my payment. Mark was Fantastic and was able to come and give a quote within 10 minutes of calling. He was very professional and was able to troubleshoot the issue and explained what he was testing. Once diagnosed he popped out to pick the part up and returned to fit and re-allign the door. He also provided additional advice regarding some other issues and fixed an allignment issue with a window lock too. All work done is guarenteed for 12 months and really well priced too! I couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly service. If I ever have any more issues I'll definitely be giving Mark a call!

Have had a problem with front door lock for about 12 months. Difficulty with locking & unlocking door. Contacted Mark who came the following day.
