Darrell arrived as promised and completed the job with a minimum of fuss, we now have a fully operational patio door.

Darrell arrived just when he said he would. He obviously knows what he is doing and managed to open a very securely locked door and replace the faulty mechanism in an hour. No damage was caused and I think his rates are very reasonable.

Unfortunately after getting back after a 6 hour drive on a friday evening with our 5 month old baby and our dog, our key broke in our lock and we were locked out of our house. Darrell answered our call and was at our door within 20 mins and helped us gained entry to the house, he was very kind and sympathetic. Would recommend and use again if we ever had a problem again!
