Is really a farm that started placing caravans. The farm is still up and running and really beautyfull. We visit there with a tent and two young children. The had a blast amongst the chickens, horses, valves and even a peacock. The facilities are basic but all you need. No shop pro breakfast but the new crown in on top of the hill serves everything you need.

1st season on this excellent site run by a lovely family and very well kept , with vans backing on to the river Eden a very peaceful and family run site . Owned by Barbara & Graham who are a lovely and very helpful couple making you very welcome. Located very central for visiting the Lakes , and the west coast all within a reasonable driving distance . Local pub is about a 10 minute stroll and Appleby only a few mile away . Only been there a few weeks but very happy with everything and highly recommended site.

Wev just bought a statick here, the grounds are so peaceful, quiet an beautifully kept, thers peacocks wandering around and we are by the river, its beautiful, the shower and loo block are basic but absolutely immaculate, all in all a little gem of a place🌈
