Depressing place to work. No support from the office team. Your voice is never heard. Their customers are all that is important to domus, because that's where the money is, so if carers have a problem, they don't get the support they deserve because domus only care for their customers. Utterly unacceptable organisational culture. There should be a healthy balance in the way a care agency treat their carers and their customers but with domus, focus are solely based on keeping their clients happy even if that mean at the cost of the carers! Totally unacceptable and unhealthy place to work!!
