Superb bed and breakfast and true microbrewery experience. What a pleasure to be able to partake in such hospitality. The owners are doing a fantastic job and are an asset to the village. Well done!

A lovely stay in this quirky B&B in a great location. A comfortable room with shower en-suite in the former coach house. A homemade dinner and breakfast served in the bar of the micro-brewery. A very amiable host. What’s not to like.

If you need a place to stay near Walton, or are thirsty on a weekend evening, we highly recommend the Old Vicarage Brewery. Graham is an excellent host, welcoming us with a beer despite arriving much earlier than expected. Charlotte’s lasagna dinner was super and Graham kept the bar open and chatted with us for a couple of hours after dinner. The twin bed room is very spacious and well appointed. The view from the garden is worth the trip.

Great accommodations in a lovely village. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel most welcome. One of our top stays on Hadrian's Wall Path.

Great place for walkers or an overnight stay. The best home brewed beers in Cumbria!

I loved my stay at the Old Vicarage. The hosts Graham and Charlotte were so warm and welcoming, the room spacious and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner delicious. I would love to stay here again.

The best place I've stayed from Newcastle to Bowness. Leagues above every other bnb on the wall path. Incredible beer, outstanding food and the most hospitable hosts! There is simply no better place to be after a long day walking; the buildings are beautiful, and wonderfully decorated inside, and the outhouse brewery/dining area is just the best place to be to eat and drink. Thank you for the amazing stay!

A wonderful spot. Spotlessly clean and well appointed room. Graham and Charlotte could not have been more friendly and hospitable. Great pint of beer from the micro brewery, home cooked food, delicious breakfast. Definitely planning to go back and stay.
