Headswood On The Wall

Beautiful Place. 3rd time staying here and such a wonderful stay. We absolutely love visiting and are always so looked after. So peaceful and private. The views are stunning and perfect for adventures with the dog.

Absolutely love this place..100 on top for hot tub but got plenty use..fantastic facilities and appreciate every effort that was made to consider guests..will be back!! Loved the animal neighbours too! Xx

2nd time back and even BETTER than before!! Simon and his lovely wife are so lovely..helpful and friendly..lighting added beside the pods and even a dog blanket/towel provided. Cant thank you guys enough..as you can see our Thor LOVES the place! x x x

Absolutely fantastic glamping pods. Bright, modern and clean, everything you need with a handy kitchen area equipped with kettle toaster and microwave, little fridge and freezer. En suite shower and wc inside the pod. We didn't have the best of weather to sit outside and make use of the chairs on decking, or the hot tub. It's also dog friendly, Hugo puggle loved it!! Hadrians wall path is right on the doorstep. I would 100% recommend headswood on the wall for a quiet country break away. Thanks for an enjoyable couple of nights :)

Very good value for money, a very clean Pod, fantastic welcome from the host Simon, the Pod is located in a fantastic area, We enjoyed our tranquil stay and hope to go again soon. On a plus note, It's only a stones throw away from Gretna and Carlisle.

Just got back today, what a fantastic few days here, Simons wife met us on arrival, very helpful so friendly. This place is so relaxing. Brampton town is beautiful. They give you dog blanket and towel which was great. We will definitely be back.

We’ve just left from a 4 night stay in one of the lodge pods, honestly we can’t fault it the owners were so friendly on arrival and left you to it whilst you were there but made it clear they were always approachable if we needed anything which was great - it was very private and cosy for us with everything we needed in the pod, very comfortable bed and powerful hot shower plus a hot tub at the side and a lovely little field in front with the friendliest sheep! - great walks nearby and an incredibly dog friendly environment we didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be booking again - thanks again for having us 😊

We stayed in the hadrians wall hide away cabin and was met by the host, Simon. Exceptional host, very welcoming, friendly and easy going with excellent knowledge of the area. Simon recommended some quality walks in the area and recommended lovely dog friendly pubs which were just a couple of miles away. We followed his advice and weren't disappointed.
The cabins were beautiful with all the amenities we needed. Simon had the hot tub ready for us when we arrived and showed us how to use it. It was very clean and secluded with views onto the field.
We will definitely be staying again and already thinking about our next trip. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
