I placed an order with Plumbworld and Stop Start were our couriers. I had an issue with the delivery date and the chap I spoke to one the phone was a great help. Really refreshing change to have a helpful person at the other end of the phone. Thanks so much for your help Stop Start team!

Rude drivers that think it is acceptable to park up and block you in and then get all aggressive when you ask them to move so you can go about your business
Think they need to retrain their steering wheel attendants

One of their drivers thinks it’s appropriate to drive aggressively, and dangerously, close behind people at 85mph+ on the M25 while texting.

Lost 2 out of 3 items and missed delivery dates. Would not recommend.

Everything you could ask from a delivery company. Pre-advice on loading & delivery times was excellent. Vehicle was clean & smart. Driver was super helpful in offloading & stacking goods. Competitively priced. All in all great service. Thank you.

Extremely helpful - I received a text this morning from Mike to advise my delivery would be with me later this morning. Mike went above and beyond when I realised I had sent part of my order to the wrong address and helped me get it resolved and redelivered within the hour - an absolute hero - thank you so much! Highly recommended.

As a container delivery driver , i can say it's the 1st company where staff made me feel valued as an HGV driver in long time . Very friendly tipping guys , polite and welcoming quick tip 1 h 40' container . Thank you guys and will definetly deliver with pleasure in the future .
