I am writing to you because I am absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of your driver who I had the unfortunate experience of sharing the M1 with on Saturday morning.

I joined the M1 at junction 11 around 9.10am on Saturday 28th April after dropping my daughter at work. I filtered on to the carriageway in front of your truck WHO did not reduce their speed to allow anyone to join and seemed inconvenienced at sharing carraigeway. My grand-daughter was in the back seat and if she was old enough I believe she would be able to photo ID your driver, my heart was in my mouth he was so close to the back of my car, I did not cut in, the carriageway was very busy, it was spitting with rain and not good driving conditions at all however none of these circumstances were of any importance to your driver. I remained in the slow lane through out my journey to junction 8 as I was certainly not in hurry in those conditions. Your driver moved in to the middle lane with another very close encounter with the back of my car and another heart stopping moment for me! Then when the motorway opened up in to 4 lanes at Jct 10 they decided they should be in the slow lane and went straight across to it.

With all the reported accidents without stupid driving and bad weather I find this completely unacceptable and would not want any vehicle sign written with my company slogan being driving in this manner.

I believe the vehicle registration is LP17UPJ, the last 3 may be different but I'm sure you can pin point your employee and discuss this with them maybe if they have a young family they should think about them being wipped out by a 20ft? lorry on the M1 in bad driving conditions because someone had no consideration for any other road users!

Updating to 1 star as they delivered to the wrong address as well as not following the special instructions

Driver was more than happy to watch me move the delivery of 8 11 gallon kegs from the road in to my cellar all by myself. He then complained about waiting for me to finish moving the load.
He then refused to take the pallet away as I had no where to store it.
A little bit of curtesy goes a long way.
