An excellent company to work for, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. They also offer an excellent Product and Service, which is proven by the amount of customers we retain. The management are approachable and if you're struggling with anything they want to help you solve it. If you seen a vacancies and want to work for a fun forward thinking company, then apply, you won't regret it.

This company is going downhill fast. There's no customer service, you can't contact your account manager since 2020, they take ages to respond to tickets and get issues sorted.

They have a live chat function once you speak to a chatbot. Then a lot of the time there are no agents to speak to.

On top of that, they have lost lots of stock over the time I've been with them, that I know I've sent down - they deny it. Their word against mine.

Twice they have sent out expensive products to the same customer in boxes that are too small and items have arrived broken, they denied that boxes were too small and that ample packaging was used. I asked for a claim to be put in, DHL said they couldn't pay out as not enough packaging had been used! Confirmed what I had said to them in the first place.

The latest issue has been ongoing since last year. I have customers paying for next day delivery, they are sending it out on normal service. The staff tell me Royal Mail Next Day before 1pm doesn't exist, it does, we use a Royal Plugin on the website. This is causing a problem with my customers and my reputation.

The staff on live chat need more training. Waqur constantly gives the wrong information.

The don't take accountability for any mistakes they make. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

I'm currently looking for a new fulfilment company.

I have been working with Fulfilment crowd for 3 years and am really happy with the service. My main contact Charlotte is always really helpful and goes over and above to support our brand. The whole process is very slick and gives complete confidence that everything is in good hands. They are extremely efficient and also since my business has real peaks in trade they manage this very effectively and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I am a new start-up and knew from the offset that I did not want to be filling and shipping boxes every day, I wanted to spend time on my business and customers. Kirsty has been amazing, sorting out any minor issues I have had, I hope I am not tempting fate writing this review but so far so good. I would fully recommend it.

Our Onboarding Manager Nathan was a great help getting us set up on the system. We had some special requests, like wanting orders to be automatically held so we could review them, and he got that all organised and explained how it would work. He was also really quick to answer any questions we had.
The app itself is really easy to use and all the information is displayed in a really clear, easy-to-navigate way. There is also a live chat feature, usually manned by Ryan, which has been brilliant because you can get questions answered straightaway while you're using the app.
We're a UK company but we're distributing orders in the US and despite the distance we feel in complete control. We can monitor inventory, look up tracking info and even get our stock repacked in a certain way ready for dispatch. The US team are super efficient and get things dispatched really quickly.

Very bad experience with their German warehouse, lack of ownership, lack of customer obsession as they relabelled products to be sent to Amazon with barcodes that covered important information on the packaging labels. Definitely not to recommend.

13 cartons from the UK to Australia and this is how they're packed. The yellow tape is from DHL having to repack and secure the valuable goods inside. The products inside have just been thrown in with zero care.

We used Fulfilment Crowd as our 3PL provider in the UK and their attention to detail was at zero. Lost packaged, late packages, etc. Constantly dealing with 'lost in transit'...

Avoid at all costs.

Moved my shipping to Fulfilment Crowd last year and have been happy with them on the whole. Sales team were very responsive (a lot of the others never responded to my enquiry) and my customer success manager helped me understand the processes before going live. BFCM sales were ahead of forecast, but all orders went out on time which was a big plus. I use the 'new' app which is easy to use but, in reality, I seldom have cause to use it. The only reason I have not awarded 5 stars is the international shipping can be little unreliable but I have been advised to upgrade my service, so that may be the answer. Happy to recommend.
