this company is a freight forwarder company to which we deliver to, i highly doubt its a scam or we wouldn't work with them. If you issues then raise it with their customer services instead of posting on here. if you have serious issues i think its best you rectify them with the customer service team.

4PX these are Chinese scam merchants who do not answer calls why do this government allow such lowlife companies to exist in the UK they are obviously hiding behind a purported legit company disgusting

This is a very good and responsible company.

So far, not so good. The website on a mobile device is horrible. All I want to do is track a parcel (isn’t that a key piece of the service offering) and it’s not clear how I do it. Each page defaults back to an Asian language so I then have to select English each time. Gave up in the end. Never heard of this company, but think they’re from somewhere in Asia. You’d think they’d put more effort into this before opening for business. The parcel had better turn up on time!!

This appears to be a Scam company working with several others such faceless scam website VEVOR Ltd, they send you the wrong item, then ask you for $60 to return at the same time you never get your goods, and NO refund, After countless emails and time wasting, you find all the numbers are dead and not work, you cannot contact them and left with no choice but to start legal proceedings via my credit card company to recover my payment and report VEVOR and this EXPRESS company for FRAUD. another online scamming set up. BE WARNED! Also some use UK websites when in fact they are a front for the USA or China businesses, set up avoid Tax etc. AGAIN BE WARNED!
