Amazon UK DME1

Don't bother working here if you are not an Eastern European, they run the place not the managers,they talk about you in their language in front of you, they cover up each others mistakes but always in a rush to report people who are not Eastern European.
It is a very bad experience, never seen anything like that before.

I am starting to work here as warehouse operative and its good until now. Very helpful members and supervisors.

Amazon are getting worse deliveries are taking longer and longer I have just spoken to Amazon UK. and an item that is due for delivery today on Prime delivery could be here by Friday it has just arrived at the delivery depot at 1300hrs and most deliveries nowadays arrive late.enough is enough.

Went for job, so have to be nice! Use Amazon all the time anyway.

Failed to pay me for a block, I travelled out to do in the snow. And then accused me of not turning up.....

I had a delivery of some very important items. I waited in all day for them to arrive on the chosen day. It was about 6pm when lucky for me I was standing by the window when I noticed someone coming up the path. I waited for my video door entry system to go off but it didn't. I walked out to my front door to find nobody there but my parcel perched on the fence. The enclosed items were of an expensive nature, I also leave on a main road with lots of passers by. If it wasn't for me looking out the window my parcel could have been taken by anybody. I've paid for Prime for quite a fee years now but I will say I am not happy with delivery service at times. It isn't fair that we pay a subscription and get a terrible service like the one explained above.

I honestly don't know why I bother paying for Amazon Prime when my parcels don't even arrive. I have a very urgent parcel that has been sitting in your depot for the last 3 days. I have contacted Amazon multiple times now and have been guaranteed that the parcel would be delivered yesterday (a day late) and it hasn't even arrived today. This item is for my business and is extremely important. Why guarantee something you can't do?
