Ordered a important part for a machine, paid to have it delivered before noon next day. Then I got a text saying it's been delayed to the following day. This has cost my business hundreds if not thousands of pounds. A nice person answered the phone but there was no real explanation as to why it was delayed. I wasn't offered a refund or anything. I was told I couldn't even collect it from the depo if I drove there myself. This has cost me a lot of money I can't see why I'd ever use DPD or recommend anyone use them.

Spoke to a guy called James re tracking a parcel. Not helpful, rude. Was on the phone for only 15 seconds and he put the phone down. My opening line was ‘can you help me’. Obviously not. These are an affiliate of DPD, letting the main company down, totally unprofessional. I hope you have a better experience than me.

They should make sure their signage is correct. I have 8 parcels with a weight of over 80kg to drop of today. The sign on the door states to leave parcels on the step and knock on the door and they will collect. Due to covid
A safe member watched me carry up the parcels up the stairs and place down to then tell me they need to go round the back ......

Writing on behalf of a friend who had a parcel delivered to wrong address through our fault with wrong post code on. Realising what had happened as parcel was sent back to Sywell. I rung up on behalf of Mrs Roberts and spoke to Paul and explained situation. He was so helpful and fetched the parcel ringing me back and saying I have it in front of me. He then put right postcode on and said what be delivered tomorrow— and it was. Paul was very patient and most helpful. A credit to the depot.

Their drivers do not follow instruction and the shift manager Daniel is a very rude and racist person , would not recommend anyone to use this dpd branch , I hope the owners address the rude staff especially the management .

I had the same experience as Mark. James was unhelpful and exceptionally rude amd said they didn't like speaking to customers. I was anxious, having had a message that my parcel was to arrive at a certain time. I went to the email and there was a photo saying my parcel had been refused. I pointed out that no one tried to deliver it and James said it was refused at the depot..... this was not evident to me as a customer, just the that it had been refused. I suggested they change the notification to reflect this. James said this was nothing to do with hung up! Delightful.

They messed up my delivery so I went to the depot to pick it up even though it's only a 5 minute drive away, they couldn't get it to me. I was greeted by the most grumpy looking man I've possibly even seen who told me I couldn't collect my parcels even though they were in the next room. Worst customer service and delivery service, they always mess up but this time felt worthy of a bad review, the first I've ever taken the time to do.

I'd give them zero stars if I could.
Got a text message today which said my parcel was being delivered so I thought great. 10 mins later I get another to say its been redirected to Corby, 20 miles from where I live. When I rang up to tell them there had been a problem I was accused of redirecting the parcel to Corby myself. Obviously I didn't, why would I? Don't waste your time calling them. MY parcel is NOW supposedly coming tomorrow, if it ever gets here. My money is on it goes to Corby and its never seen again. Thanks for nothing.
