I work here at weekend in security, it's a lovely place to walk round and see all wildlife. On Saturdays there are a few which work till mid morning and they are always cheerful.

Service was decent but things don't feel very professional. Car I got from here had lots of scratches on the paintwork which they'd covered up. All became clear when I washed the car.

Good customer service, polite staff, large site. Loses a couple stars due to length of time it takes sometimes to get your car pulled from the yard, even though pre-booked and also no sheltered waiting area at the moment as covid rules have meant the coffee shop building is currently shut.

Turned up to collect a car, guy on front gate was rude. Asked if we had high visibility jackets we said no. And we're told 'we'll you better go and find some then hadn't you'. Not good customer service guys. If we need to bring high vi's clothing needs to be in the paperwork

Very helpful security lady,she gave me a debrief on the place with a smile and I felt comfortable for my first visit. The car drop off lady was also very professional and friendly..

Theyve got rid of the pompous security guy at the gate that many drivers had issues with not myself in particular. I must admit it was a much nicer reception with the new guys.very straight forward in out and away the new guy was happy and laughing great to see at this terrible time. Office staff and Sylvester great as always

Things haven't really improved in the many years of going to this place... extremely long waiting times for cars along with rude staff... although the staff situation is getting better. My advice, bring a flask & be prepared for a long wait.

Smart facilities, although getting a car pulled can sometimes take a long while. Remote location, so plan ahead.
