I did not choose to use UPS it was forced on me nor will I use them in the future. I waited in all day for a package as the tracking app said it would arrive by the end of day, low and behold the parcel never arrived. Called the next day to be told the package is being held and delayed because of Brexit and Covid backlog!!! I have received 4 parcels with 2 diffrent couriers DHL and DPD this week all from India like the one I'm waiting for from UPS, they were all delivered on the same day they landed in the UK. They could not tell me when my package would be delivered but hopefully by sometime next week , absolutely ridiculous if you have that much of a backlog then stop taking in more shipments until its cleared or employ more staff to clear it. UPS world wide express service!!! There's nothing express about waiting an indefinit time for something to be delivered.

The staff at the Norwich depot are always really helpful and friendly. They always help me out. Think too many of the negative reviews on here aren’t separating UPS the company as a whole from the local staff at the depot here who work hard to sort out problems and find packages. Just had two phone calls back from a staff member there on a Saturday morning who took the time to search through pallets of parcels for an important package of mine incoming from abroad. Don’t blame them for glitches in the tracking system or other delays!

Apparently the parcel was left at my side door at 9am, I don't have a side door and have no idea where my parcel is, also there was someone at my actual home at 9am. How hard is it to read an address?

The central customer service of UPS isn't great so I came here to sort out an issue with a parcel which wasn't delivered to the UPS Access Point as it was meant to be, so its delivery would have been delayed to the next working day.

I needed the package urgently so I came to the door which was a bit unassuming and difficult to find but the person working there was really helpful in checking where my parcel was and organised for the driver to bring it back at the end of his round and give it back to me there at the depot.

I'm really happy with the help I got here, which went far beyond just the service which you pay for, so if you have any issues with a delivery from this depot, I'd recommend going straight to them to get it solved (there's no phone line).

We used to send parcels with Hermes, but our goods used to arrive damaged on occasions. So we changed to UPS, thinking that by paying 2-3 times more than with Hermes, our parcels would be looked after better. This isn't the case as 4 out of our 5 last deliveries came damaged, showing that parcels with markings this way up were clearly upside down for longer periods of time and parcels with fragile stickers were tossed around with no regard. Plus UPS makes it impossible to claim for damages as they require 7 photos and parcel has to be available to inspect. Imagine asking these from your customers. This is last time we used UPS.

I order my items ( 2 items ) as i always do with a note for delivery ` if no one at home leave in rear garden`. Items are not left but taken away, i try for about 40 mins on the web site to find how to leave in safe place as i have done with various parcel company's but can find nothing. so i leave a signed notice on window with my phone number to leave in rear garden. One yes one parcel is left not in rear garden but next to porch !!! and the other is taken away !!! with the `this is final attempt ` box ticked. I have now been another an hour and no matter weather i scan, phone or go on the web site the info notice number will not work. So thanks thats now 2 days work lost as i don`t have the materials i need and i don`t know how to get my parcel.

Usual lies of "tried to deliver no-one home" rubbish and then next day "wrong address details etc" absolute lies, both home all day, motion sensing cctv all round the house, no attempts made. The ONLY reason your getting any stars is down to STEVE at the Norwich depot who went and found my parcel and wrote on it for driver to call me if they were "lost" and he printed out a map for the driver. Well done Steve, at least someone there is doing a good job

WARNING!!!! DON'T USE UPS OR THE EQUALLY USELESS SUBSIDIARY UK SOLUTIONS. PARCELS STOLEN BY DELIVERY DRIVER AND MANAGEMENT PROVIDED ZERO HELP. USE OTHER COURIERS AND STARVE THESE BERKELEY HUNTS OUT OF BUSINESS!

WARNING!!!! DON'T USE UPS OR THE EQUALLY USELESS SUBSIDIARY UK SOLUTIONS. PARCELS STOLEN BY DELIVERY DRIVER AND MANAGEMENT PROVIDED ZERO HELP. USE OTHER COURIERS AND STARVE THESE BERKELEY HUNTS OUT OF BUSINESS!

These lot make Hermes look professional in comparison.and as others have mentioned in the comments below I can confirm we ALSO had parcels stolen just before Christmas so as you can imagine this was a particularly stressful for our family. UPS and UK Solutions are equally to blame for situation and provided zero help insisting their record showed the parcels were delivered when THEY WERE CLEARLY NOT!! GPS tracking proved the driver simply marked the parcel as delivered and pocketed the contents INC £400 worth of Christmas presents for our children.

The unimaginatively named UK SOLUTIONS (irony??) provide temp drivers for the big couriers during busy periods but as other people on here have suggested the working conditions and management are so shockingly awful that drivers resort to stealing parcels just to make ends meet .The flawed system in place between UPS and UK Solutions allows drivers just to mark a parcel as delivered on their own devices and then steal packages without any risk of getting caught...which morons oversaw this ill-conceived policy???

After a whole week of contacting and being fobbed of by various uninformed staff members from UPS we had the displeasure of receiving a call from a joke of a man called James Hoy who sounded like a 15 years old and had the telephone manner and decorum of an ignorant obnoxious pig. This inept spineless spoilt brat was particularly rude and attempted to be condescending as if his managerial position demanded some sort of superiority over members of the public. Unfortunately he was one of many staff member from UPS AND UK solutions who were so unprofessional in their conduct that I'm surprised they are even in employment.

I see all the other the 5 star reviews on here are provided by sycophantic associates and will always receive a reciprocal 'thankyou' response, so where are the follow on comments addressing all the disgruntled drivers and members of the public????? aPATHETIC

I look forward to the generic 'we are sorry and how can we help you?' blurb which follows all 1 star feedback reviews but in reality they couldn't give a toss. With any luck trading standards will investigate. You've had your chance to sort this amicably. XX
