SilverKris Lounge @ Heathrow Airport

The lounge is comfortable and very close to the gate if you are flying Singapore Airlines. Wide selection of food and you can also place orders via the scan on the table. The chicken curry was excellent. However, the naan bread was hard and a let down.

Our expectations were high after the good reviews my wife had read, We walked a fair distance out of way to come to the lounge and were a bit underwhelmed by it. The food was limited and what we ordered was very average. We have been in much better and far worse. so I would rate it mid range. We left pretty quickly after the food to go to a different lounge.

Mediocre at best. Disinterested staff. We were there around 11:30 am. Maybe they were switching to lunch, but no excuse for the hot dishes to be gone, no bartender (unlike United)

Lovely lounge with friendly staff & a good variety of food and drinks. Star Alliance partner, Turkish Airlines don't have their own lounge, so I visited from midday. It wasn't bust at all.

Will be even better soon, when the new parking stands outside the windows are finished and planes park directly outside...!

One of the best star alliance lounges for food. Great asian food flavors which was awesome. Great way to have a good meal before or after a long flight. Seating is a little on the older side and the walls were starting to show the age. Friendly staff, tons of food, great airline lounge.

The food is good and it’s an ok selection (I usually miss some healthy options) but i’m glad that I was able to order gluten free bread. It’s clean but it’s getting pretty worn down. It’s sad on such a nice location that they let for an example the armchairs (picture) to be so dirty.

What a cheapso of a lounge: 1) dirty entrance and “concierge” lady rude as hell asking if I am from economy or smt, lol, trained to be white glove for sure, never a second chance for a first impression. And she did not disappoint me at all after her rude welcoming. 2) cheap food worse than the cheapest Chinese delivery from Soho 3) cheap furniture like from my the left overs of IKEA 4) “showers” dirty as hell with hair and towels smelling like mud and shampoos cheap as hell. Somebody or all of them need to be fired and the “elevated” experience needs to be redesigned. Check photos and judge for yourself

The SIA Silverkris lounge is currently the only Star Alliance lounge operating on the B concourse of Heathrow terminal 2.
It's a perfectly good lounge, with limited a la carte dining options and all the expected international lounge amenities.
Service was inconsistent, but tender towards good, and the cuisine was good. In the absence of a Polaris lounge, this is an excellent option.
