I was referred to Cranford at my local tyre shop and they didn't disappoint me at all. I took my E220D AMG alloy which had a crack and met Paul. The service I got was
outstanding. Same day service including tyre removal for a reasonable price. Thanks a million to replace the alloy through dealership was going to cost me and arm and a leg.j

I needed a food-grade stainless steel disc to a fairly close tolerance diameter spec. Paul responded very quickly to my email inquiry and I was amazed how quickly the order was fulfilled. The part was within the required tolerance and the price was very reasonable.

Paul did a very tricky welding job for me with only a photo to guide him. The work was carried out very promptly and the result was perfect, saving me a considerable sum of money. Paul was very helpful and friendly.

I first found Paul at Cranford engineering on 13/04/2018 via a google search. He has helped me endlessly with many kinds of jobs since then.

Highly recommended for engineering expertise and advice across all areas.

Thank you Paul

Great service at a reasonable price.

I took my old bike to Paul to see if he could mend a break in the frame. He welded it up really neatly and it was done by the end of the day. A reasonable price - who could ask for more.

Bike is very happy and working a treat.

Today I presented Paul with an urgent and intricate job. He created the work required very quickly, which helped immensely and to a very high standard.
He was friendly and very obliging, I cannot praise and thank him enough. I would recommend his work to anyone, a pleasure to deal with.

I needed some bearing spacers to convert a racing motorcycle at the swingarm for an improved pivot. Paul machined these beautifully with a quick turn around time in comparison to Motorcycle custom shops, getting hard to find engineers in the S.E like this these days.
Will definitely use again.

Highly recommended, professional and fast service. They machined a mountain bike suspension component that I just could not source elsewhere. Traditional but well equipped workshop, carrying on the great British tradition of blokes in sheds making quality products. Thank you!
