Wendys News OFF LICENSE AND CONVENIENNCE STORE

New owner new asian staff can't use the top up voucher machine's ,and just says find a different shop.

Rang up the shop for a price of a service they provide to check before hand only to arrive there and as I double checked the price with the man another guy muttered something and said price isn't correct and wanted more than double the original price.!!
First and last time in that shop

After 25 years of delivering to my now 97 year old housebound great-grandmother, Wendy's News has ceased deliveries for us because they demanded a month's payment in advance. After refusing to negotiate and demanding an apology they have refused to deliver out of what I can only guess is spite and malice.
I would be very curious as to how the owners of Wendy's News would feel if their elderly relatives, cut off from the outside world, were refused any kind of understanding and acceptance, especially in times like these.
You have brought shame on the house of Wendy.

Very friendly, local store. Carries a variety of essentials.
From food, pop, alcohol, cigarette, lotto and small household items such as needle and thread, nail clippers

Friendly helpful staff.

Great selection of food , use this shop now most days as the postoffice waste of time you spend 20 mins in the que as the have one staff member doing to jobs, hence why I switched to Wendy's, shelfs always full freindy staff, always have a chat .5* from me for wendys

Go here 3 times a week and the same bloke always smiles and says hello.. so A☆ for me..
