Woodford Green Mini Market

I have been sending back parcels here for almost 5 years with no problem. There is a Printer in store so it makes it so much easier aswell as parking directly outside . No ques like the post office. Staff are nice and friendly. Never had a problem. Over all Great shop :) nice staff :) dropping off parcels hAs never been so easy!

Great shop 5* we have been dropping off our Hermes/Vinted parcels for about 18 months now, the guys are always friendly, efficient and helpful. They have very convenient opening hours for us and is very handy to buy some shopping whilst there. Would recommend 5*

Very convenient, local shop that I use to send lots of parcels, sometimes daily over the last 3 months or so. Never had any issues and parcels always arrive here or are delivered the other side without any issues.

I'm very unimpressed by the attention given to me this morning. The person behind the counter was quite rude, facepalmed me and said "wait!", pointed me to wait over there while he served the other person. I was sending my parcel for Hermes/Evri and I waited for about 3 minutes as he was babbling on the phone. However the posts I've sent have been delivered. I much prefer the service given to me at George Lane newsagents where they are much more respectful and polite and more reliable. I don't think I'll be going to Woodford Green mini market again.

Staff are so rude! I have stopped my parcels being delivered to this shop because of the attitude I was always receive. I won’t be pop in to get my pint of milk or a bar chocolate either. It’s a shame I have to give them one star in order to post this review. It’s a minus star from me really

I regularly drop my parcels here and the service is always professional and efficient! Sometimes you may have to wait a little as it’s a small shop but extremely busy with parcel drops and pick ups and general purchases. But as with any other shop etc you need to be patient and wait your turn!

Very poor service time after time. But this latest visit I was waiting patiently to drop off my evri package and, after being ignored for around 4 minutes, I dared to ask if anyone could serve me. He said I would have to wait until after he had finished processing a huge pile of packages. I asked could we be seen to first, his answer was ,"I'm not going to take your package'. I asked why but he repeated he was not going to take it. I will be reporting this to Evri and boohoo. So staggeringly rude that I can only assume this shop isnt really interesting in keeping it's Evri business

Always great for dropping off parcels.Reliable and helpful.This store continues to be my go to store for my Evri parcels.Never any problems with collection or delivery!
