If I could I would give no star! Terribly rude customer service! They didn't accept my UPS parcels just because the guy there was too lazy , watching videos on his phone.He told me to come on another day! Why offer than UPS service if you don't want to accept them?Avoid at any cost!

Avoid! The guy is simply unfit to run a parcel pick-up/drop-off service.

Same as others you didn’t accept my UPS drop off parcel tried to tell me that It has to be in the area of postcode told him I’m a delivery driver for 15 years an tried to debate with me. Listen mate you got one job an you failed get off your phone concentrate on your customers an you will find repeat customers an the answer to why your shop is always empty.

So insanely rude. Had to walk out having aborted my ups drop off.

Bed staff, and his behaviour is so rude and arrogant 🙄 😒
