Don't use this as a click amd collect point for ebay, they were rude, and withheld a parcel of mine, even though I could prove it was mine as I was picking up another parcel at the same time, they refused to hand it over and said it'll just get sent back to the sender.
If they don't like providing a click and collect service then they should take themselves off the system very bad customer service

Terse, rude man. Seems to have a REAL issue with customers collecting parcels through the "click & collect" scheme. He should unregister himself right now!!! He either does not understand or does not care about the process to release parcels to the public. In fact, if you agree to send your parcel there, you might as well kiss it goodbye completely!!! DISAPPOINTED, DISMAYED & DISPONDENT!

Good selection of wares - but owners and workers don’t listen to what you ask for and are rude and unhelpful.

Lots of interesting imports on sweets and alcohol that you won't get anywhere else. I go there to drop my Yodel parcels off sometimes and they are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. They seem to have a very good relationship with their regulars. It is a little cramped in terms of space so not suitable for prams or wheelchairs. Also there is quite a big step to enter so be careful. The store is clean and you can see everything clearly.

Asian man working there is extremely rude. He shouted at me and told me to get lost because I was there to collect my parcel. I'm still in shock. After about 20mins of waiting a lady came and brought me my parcel. Disgusting service

Avoid avoid avoid!! The men who work here are so unfriendly they need a class on how to work with customers - they make it seem that you are the inconvenience.
You will be losing business quickly if you don't fix your attitudes.

The people who work here are awful, very rude and impolite. Especially that older man he needs some happy pills or something, myself and my friends have stopped coming here everyone else should do the same.

Do not send or allow your parcels to be delivered to here! Absolutely clueless
