The cabin

The woman has an attitude problem. Had a collect+ parcel sent there. She said she sent it back the day it arrived because she didn't have room for it. It was only 3 blazers not a sofa. When I looked at her shocked she said "we're not a storage facility". With a sainsburys local a few doors down I thought customer service would be at the heart of their business. It's not.

Very friendly staff. It’s understandable if a big parcel has arrived and there is no room to store it. Newsagents are mostly small but very convenient.

Extremely RUDE ladies run this shop. Don’t know the meaning of please or thank-you, not even a grunt so would not recommend this place whatsoever. A smile or nod would be good, but obviously that it too much to ask from these 2 extremely rude and ignorant owners who want your money but don’t know the meaning of customer service. Not recommended

Closing times are not right. Arrived to find they were locking up and couldn't collect my collect plus parcel that I paid for next day delivery.

Friendly small newsagent to stop off and grab a quick pick-me-up on the way to or from work if I've forgotten to eat or drink before travelling.

These 2 lovely ladies, we're so helpful.
First time I've used the parcel service, so was not quite sure what I needed to do, but I needn't have worried, the two ladies were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, and even helped me put my parcels in my car.
Thank you ladies, and I will certainly use your store again.
