Really disappointed in the rudeness of the staff here. I went in to redeem a scratch card for £6 and was told I couldn’t redeem it there because he didn’t have any money. If a shop doesn’t have £6 available in cash, how can they operate? The man was clearly lying and just didn’t want to help me and I didn’t appreciate how rude he was. I won’t be going back to this shop any time soon.
