Incompetent and lazy person behind the counter. Refused to pass a parcel because her poor soul was the only one working at the till WHILE THERE WAS NO OTHER COSTUMERS IN LINE 🤣

Unbelievable!
The guys behind the counter are so mean, unpleasant lazy and incompetent that I’m sure I will never return in this shop.
Use an other store if you can, especially if you have to return a parcel.
