Worst service ever. They close earlier without notification, they never notify me about my mail and they never answer the phone. With the previous owners I never had issues. Stay away. It’s under new ownership and they have been unprofessional time after time.

This place has been my local UPS Access Point for years and I do not have a single bad word to say about them. All very helpful amazing people, especially Maddison. Thank you guys for helping me keep my small business running, I appreciate it highly! :)

Scam company.
They don't notify you about mail, they lose parcels, they close early the shop or not even show up. I have wasted my time and fuel numerous times. The owner promised a refund and acted apologetic and caring and disappeared before reimbursing me.
I don't believe he pays his staff, because if he does, this ahole Lauren is sabotaging his business.
DO NOT USE this mailbox, they will only cause you frustration, you will lose important documents and they will add extra charges and so much stress in your life. I advise the same other businesses and friends.

Don't use, unreliable and they don't let you know when post arrives. Trying to get my money back from them.

This isn't their fault but I came here to ship something with FedEx as it's on FedEx's website as an authorized shipper. They are no longer a drop off place for FedEx but the FedEx hasn't removed them from their website. If you need FedEx, go to the one on Duncan Street in Angel to save yourself an extra trip. Otherwise, the service was friendly!
